About me
Ministry has been a big part of my life for more than 20 years. I've led worship, creative, and tech teams at churches from 100 to 5,000 across Florida and Tennessee, growing from worship leader to my current role as Executive Pastor of Creative Arts.
But I've also lived the parts of ministry nobody talks about from the stage. I've been let go. I've served under leadership that wounded instead of built. I've stepped away and found my way home again. Those seasons are the reason I coach today.
Nobody trained you for the hard conversations. That's where I come in.
Leading a worship, creative, or tech ministry can feel like the loneliest job in the building, but it doesn't have to be. It's possible you were trained to do some things, but not to navigate the stuff that actually keeps you up at night: the team drama, and getting creatives, musicians, and tech volunteers and staff all moving in the same direction.
I also use AI every day as a church pastor and creative, and I test every prompt in my kits myself. The goal isn't to replace your people. It's to give them back time for the work only people can do.
